Sports Massage is a form of massage that involves a series of deep tissue techniques aimed at manipulating soft tissue to improve blood flow, alleviate muscle or tendon pain and rid any stress or toxins to prevent injury and promote recovery.


It is extremely beneficial to gym goers, athletes, people in very physical jobs such as builders and even those who are desk bound between 9-5. The sports massage will vary person to person and be tailored to your individual needs.
