Who are we?

Pro-Form Physio & Fitness was founded in 2015 primarily operating as a domiciliary physiotherapy service. Due to advances in our therapists and growth in the business we have since May 2019 been operating from our premises in Gravesend, Kent. We are now able to offer a wider range of treatments as well as health & fitness related services.

The team at Pro-Form Physio & Fitness pride ourselves on providing the most effective and efficient therapy service at a low cost to our consumers. We focus on achieving accurate diagnosis so that we can design a treatment plan according to your needs.


We utilise a holistic approach to care taking into consideration all lifestyle factors and how they may contribute to you achieving your goal. We have highly experienced and knowledgeable clinicians and use evidence based proven practice for all our treatments.

Currently we have no waiting list and can offer evening and weekend appointments; if you’re still struggling to come and see us we may be able to offer you an appointment in the comfort of your own home so please do not hesitate to contact us.

Where are you based? Is there parking?

The clinic is based on woodfield avenue close to old road east in Gravesend. There is free parking on all the surrounding streets.

What payments do you accept?

Can I use private medical insurance and how can I claim?

We currently accepts card, cash, paypal and bank transfer payments for all our services.

Yes, we are recognised by all major medical insurers (please ask us for a full list), if we’re not recognised by your insurer, please get in contact with us as we may be able to apply for recognition.

We’re also able to bill most insurance providers directly but in order for us to do so we simply need the name of the policy holder, your membership or policy number and authorisation code.


Please also look to obtain full details of any excess or treatment limitations prior to commencing treatment.

 Although we’re able to bill your insurance company directly; the contract for payment is held with the individual client. In the event that an insurance company refuses to pay; the client will be asked to settle the payments in full.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you provide us with 48 hours’ notice of any cancellations or rescheduling appointments at the very latest 24 hours. This enables us to offer the appointment slot to someone else.

Understandably we aim to be as flexible as we can with late cancellations however we still reserve the right to charge you the 25% of the cost of your appointment if you cancel late. This charge will need to be paid prior to re-booking. 


If you're an insurance client we will have to inform the insurance provider and this may result in them charging you directly for the appointment.

What is your complaints policy?

If for any reason you're unhappy with the service you have received, please do not hesitate to email us and we will get back to you within 3 working days. We take all complaints very seriously and use the feedback to improve our service for all clients.
