Unfortunately we no longer accept IPRS, Aviva, Nuffield Health or Vitality Health insurance clients. If you have a policy with these insurers then you have the option to pay up front for your treatment and be reimbursed by your insurer. Vitality clients can still book under our Cash-back Insurance Plans option. We recommend you speak with your insurer directly regarding your policy to confirm this is allowed.

Using your private health insurance

Many of our patients use private health insurance for physiotherapy, which can help them complete a full course of treatment without self-funding each session.

  2. Open a claim to get authorisation
  3. Book your appointment with us
  4. Share your insurance details securely
  5. Start treatment with your physio

I already have my authorisation code

Perfect, you are ready to book.

No payment is taken when booking.

What happens next:

  1. Book your session online in around 60 seconds.
  2. We send access to our secure Insurance Authorisation Portal.
  3. You complete a short form so we can validate and authorise sessions.
  4. Attend your appointment and we handle the rest.

Option 2

I do not have my authorisation code yet

You can still secure an appointment today.

No payment is taken when booking.

What happens next:

  1. Book an initial session to secure a time.
  2. After booking, we send you access to our Insurance Guidance Portal.
  3. The portal explains exactly what to do when contacting your insurer.
  4. You submit your details so we can authorise your session in advance.

There are no hidden costs. If your policy has an excess or shortfall, we explain it clearly before treatment.

Is it complicated to use insurance? Do I need a referral?

It is usually straightforward. Some insurers request a GP referral and some do not, so we guide you through your insurer requirements.

What do I need before my first insurance appointment?

Your policy number and any authorisation details are usually enough to get started.

How easy is it to book using insurance? What happens after I book?

Book as normal, then we confirm your insurance details and next steps so your treatment can begin smoothly.

How do I claim back with cashback cover?

Book privately, attend your session, then use our receipt to claim back directly from your insurer.
