Ritika is a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 6 years of clinical experience, working with a wide range of patients across both NHS and private practice settings. She is passionate about delivering evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s needs.
She holds a Master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine from Queen Mary’s University and prides herself on thorough assessment, accurate diagnosis and structured rehabilitation planning.

Antony is a highly experienced Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience, working across NHS, private practice, professional sports teams, corporate health settings. Antony’s clinical background spans occupational health, sports and general musculoskeletal physiotherapy, allowing him to manage both every day and complex presentations with confidence.

- Spinal pain, including neck pain, lower back pain and sciatica
- Work-related and ergonomic injuries
- Running-related injuries, including hip, knee and ankle conditions.
He has advanced skills in soft tissue release techniques, Mckenzie techniques, joint mobilisations and manipulations, and brings a strong understanding of biomechanics and movement analysis into his clinical practice.

Liz is our clinic receptionist and administrative assistant, she works on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Liz is professional, friendly and approachable and on hand to help with any of your queries prior to and during your treatment with us.
She has over 10 years experience of working front of house and is delighted to be working with Michelle and the team at Pro-Form Physio & Fitness.
Paris works alongside Liz as our clinic receptionists and administrative team, she works on Thursdays, Fridays and Adhoc Saturdays. Paris is professional, friendly and approachable and on hand to help with any of your queries prior to and during your treatment with us.
She has extensive background in HR and front of house roles and she has a keen interest in health and wellbeing. She also has additional qualifications in Personal training and Sports Massage.
